Don't buy a Bulova watch

I have a 14K Bulova watch from Macy's. The crown head fell off and I tried to replace it through Bulova. You call the company and a complete schook, Ralph, takes the call. He had taken my order and did something that resulted in the order not going through. I later contacted Bulova, the same schnook Ralph picks up and tells me that Bulova doesn't have a crown head to replace the one that fell off. Hearing me complain about Bulova's inexcusable, lousy service Ralph tells me he'll check with someone else and call me back. Never called back. Don't buy Bulova. Any other watch would be a better choice.

Gorgeous

A very modern watch. I have a very slim wrist, at 6.5" it is difficult to find the right size as just one link does a lot. The finish is fantastic and i love the anti-scratch sapphire glass.
