Arrived Late — Missed the Occasion

I was really looking forward to this watch, but unfortunately, it arrived after the expected delivery date, which was very disappointing. I needed it for a specific occasion and it didn’t make it on time. The product itself is okay, but the delay took away from the whole experience. Better communication and more reliable shipping would’ve made a big difference.
