Great quality

Service in the center city Philadelphia store was less than stellar.... after purchasing online, I picked-up the item in-store & recieved a returned item with obvious defects & wear to the box and the insert pamphlet. Had to go back go the store to return it for a new watch. What a pain. Otherwise, the watch is beautifully crafted and it wears handsomely.
