Eye popping watch
I bought the watch two years ago and absolutely love it. The band is very comfortable and it keeps perfect time. It looks exactly like the advertisement picture. It has some bling to it and the Blue face with the diamonds really makes it standout and easy to read.

Item was Not in the Box
Macy’s You need to be sure which one is the vendor for this type of Bulova Watch.. First of all the time frame (Business Days) given is not accurate with the customer expectations as you describe. And second and most important, the item was NOT in the Box). The vendor used a UPS company between states in USA to deliver, but instead when they delivered to your front door they change for USPS (Standard Mail services) it doesn’t makes sense and in somewhere the box was vandalized and the Item wasn’t there. I have a video to probe that was not burglary in my front door after the USPS delivered. I ask for my refund to customer service and you Macy’s process it,, at the End the only one who was NOT satisfied is the recipient.
Few issues
The date seems to get stuck every so often and doesn’t progress properly. when I was in the store getting the watch sized, the salesman said no returns after the watch is altered. Would have been nice if he said that first. Lastly, no one can tell me if this has a sapphire crystal which is very important. I would not purchase again.

I purchased this watch at a great price. It is quite elegant. Smaller than I expected but decided to not return because I don’t have a watch that size. Great Quality. Stands out nicely on the wrist. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend.
