Great Service All Around!

The online purchase experience was excellent and seamless. The in store service to have the band adjusted was outstanding! The store representative Angelina at the Mishawaka, University Mall location was a great example of excellent customer service. She was able to adjust the band within 10 minutes of my arrival. She was equally as fast the next day when I needed 1 extra link removed! Thank you!

Don't waste your money!!

1 month and batter stopped working, the band started to look silver... this is gold in color and yet the band is turning silver looking. This is not a cheap watch but the quality is very cheap. Disappointed that it can't be returned or exchanged. Bulova is not living to its name. Don't waste your money on this!
