Its a NO for me

It does offer light sheer coverage, with a blur effect, but it doesn't mattify like it states. It gives my skin a dewy finish which makes me look shiny. I already have oily skin, so I wanted something that would mattify. I apply it right after washing my face, so no oil is present, and I'm shiny! If you like the "dewy" look, then this is perfect for you.
