lovely design

One of Lenox's most loved patterns. This is one of the most beautiful. Delightful flowers and colors. Good weight and highest quality. Great value on sale.

Mug did not last! Disappointing

I purchased this mug in June and while it is beautiful, it is already broken. The inside of the mug broke off in a big piece and fell into the outer layer. I have tried repeatedly to upload the photo here and it will not allow it. I have tried calling customer service, and the system continues to disconnect my call. Not happy with the quality of my mug, nor the customer service! I am very disappointed in Macy’s and Lenox, as I have been collecting pieces of the Lenox Butterfly Meadow Collection for years.

Large pretty tea mug.

Pretty mug, BUT, a little wide to hold with one hand for a "tea mug". I have to hold it with both hands because it's hard to get a good grip on it with one hand (due to its size). It's very pretty though.

Great piece

This seems another great Lenox item. I see holding is bit problematic if you not sitting in your relaxed pose in chair.

Not for small hands but beautiful as always

I ordered this as a bathroom cup, so I cannot speak about the thermal quality. Took the dishwasher fine. What I do want to let the ladies know is that this cup is very large. I have very large hands and long fingers and my hand only goes half way around the cup. So my girlfriends that are like me you have found your mug! Or if you want one for your husband to use this is the one to use!
