misleading web pictures , disappointing

we were excited for this necklace. in arrive very disappointed with the size. the web pictures are very misleading. the butterfly is smaller than a dime. i wish I could post true pictures

Exceptional salesperson and beautiful necklace!

We had a wonderful shopping experience with a saleswoman named Tami. She helped us find the perfect present in a very short period of time because we were in a rush. The butterfly necklace was a HUGE hit! It was dainty and delicate and a perfect match for the birthday girl.

Tangled Mess

Received necklace in a tangled mess. worked on it for two days. will have to return it.

So when I revived the necklace it was tangled so badly. But with a small sewing needle I was able to free the knots. It does tangle very easily so when removing I would be very careful. But I do love this necklace it's so dainty and I have it layered with another necklace that is about 18' and they work wonderful together. Never tangles on the neck and looks stunning. I haven't taken it off since I received it. I do wear it while sleeping and showering.
