Boots were super cute and well made.

I was going to exchange for the larger size but could not find that particular style in my size, so I did not exchange.

Comfortable and Warm

I was looking for a warm bootie to wear indoors during the cold winter months, but needed one with arch support. This bootie fit the bill. It also has plenty of cushioning. Getting it on sale was an extra bonus!

As comfortable as a pair of slippers

I have been wearing these booties since I bought them. They are very comfortable and look great with a sweater I have other boots with heels on them, but I keep reaching for these wardrobe, staple for sure

Best shoe/boot ever!

Best boot/shoe ever, if you need good support for your arches. I wear them as my house slippers and I have two other pairs I wear out and about. Bzees shoes have made it possible for me to go out and about again. The shoes are just amazing!

Nope

Extremely tight around the ankle and difficult to put on. Since I can’t return them they will be donated
