Reduced quality

I have many sets of this company's "quilted" placemats. This set, however, is the 1st set that is "quilted looking," but is literally only 2 pieces of material sewn together (no filler material at all). What a shame that the company would reduce the quality this much when the pattern and colors are beautiful and the price has only increased! I'm afraid of what these will look like after washing with no substance to them, so I have to return.

Colors are beautiful!

These are much nicer on our table than they appeared on line. The red is a very rich beautiful red not at all orangey as it appears on line. The green is much brighter than what it appears on line. They are quilted, but not too thick. We love them!
