Came stained

This item arrived stained. When we took it out of the packaging we noticed a stained in the front side of the shirt. I’ve been trying to contact support to exchange it with no luck whatsoever. I am pretty sure this shirt was one of the showings they put for people to view or something because even the packaging looked weird.
