Pictured Shoe Not Received

I ordered the "shadow grey" shoe, which looks like a blush textured shoe with a reflective base and what I received was a pair of nude/beige suede heels instead. The shoe shape and heel are the same, but definitely not the same shoe. The fit was cheap and uncomfortable. High heel pitch, tight at my big toe joint, and my feet felt jammed in even though they are the right size. I wear heels every day, but these would only be worth the discomfort if they were the actual shoe I ordered.
