Been playing Chrome soft since they came out. Never been disappointed in anything about the ball. Well, they don't swim very well. :) Seriously, great ball, lives up to the hype. Won't play any other.

Don’t customize
When the golf balls arrived, 6 out of the 12 were ok. They were all customize with names Printed on. They looked bad. Great ball poor customized product.

Second time is a charm
I love dealing directly with Callaway! I ordered the personalized Chrome Soft-X but received a box of personalized Chrome Soft. With just one phone call the Callaway rep apologized for the mix-up and resubmitted my order. Within days I received the correct order. I love the Chrome Soft family of golf balls and highly recommend them - Love Callaway!!

Best player’s ball for my game.
Best player’s ball for my game. Easily the most durable ball in this category as well. Other brand’s offerings in this category seem to scuff after a few well compressed wedge shots but not the Chrome and Chrome Soft. Very controllable around the greens, the X has a slightly firmer feel and a flatter, more stable flight which I prefer. This ball shoots off the driver better than any other player’s ball as well. I swing between 125-130 mph with the driver and I spin stays between 1800-2200. Very stable. Very workable. Dry durable.

Great performance and quality
I’m a 5 handicap and I generally play whatever tour-quality balls are on sale or given to me by suppliers. I tried a dozen of the Chrome Softs shortly after they were introduced and haven’t looked back. They are great balls with exceptional feel, great distance and performance. You can’t go wrong with these!

Long, straight, and easily controlled
I play courses with firmer than normal greens that roll very fast (12-13 stimp normally) and these work for me. Are they the best ball in golf? No, that ball doesn't exist. This is the best ball FOR ME. The only downside for me was having to readjust distances with my irons as these balls seemed to travel about a club further than the previous "Professional Version 1" ;-) I was playing. Doesn't spin too much like the aforementioned brand and provides a much more stable flight, yet still very workable. Hop on the Buy 3, Get 1 Free deal now and these balls are an absolute steal.

Great Greenside Control!
I've been playing this ball for a while now. I absolutely think that it's better than every other ball out there! For me, it doesn't go that much farther, but it is so good around the green and with the short irons. You can go right at the pin, and the ball will stop very quickly. I have never played a better ball around the greens. I play this ball because of the spectacular feel, and the great spin around the green.
