Disappointed with Feather Down Cushions

My husband and I on October 4th 2018 special ordered the Callington 3 piece fabric feather down chaise and purchased the Ultimateplan Worrynomore It was delivered in November 2018, we absolutely love the color we choose and the sofa is so comfortable. To our dismay, I have to fix the cushions constantly, they get totally out of shape and look sloppy and worn out. The issue comes from the cushion filler, which is foam and feathers which are contained in a cloth bag. This bag gets out of place when you sit daily on the sofa. This condition makes this beautiful sofa look awful. I try my best to fix it by un-zippering each cushion and try pushing my arm down into the corners as far as I can, however this process takes a lot of strength and is very difficult to do. We are so disappointed, I shopped for a new sofa for 18 months. This definitely seems like a manufacturing issue.

Love it!

I custom ordered the sectional in a different configuration. I was able to take swatches of material home to see how they look in my living room. Once I ordered the sectional it arrived earlier than anticipated so I had it in time for the holidays! The whole buying process was very smooth and I couldn't be happier. It's very comfortable and looks so good. I couldn't be happier. It's well worth every penny I spent on it.
