Everything sticks

Title: Total Disappointment! I bought this “non-stick” pan expecting easy cooking, but everything sticks! I followed the instructions, yet eggs and pancakes cling to the surface like glue. Cleaning it is a nightmare, requiring lots of scrubbing and soaking. This pan is far from non-stick and a complete waste of money. Save yourself the trouble and skip this one!

does not work on a convection oven

I searched for a griddle and under the features tab I selected convection oven. This griddle came up; I received the gridldle and it does not work on a convection oven. I have tried to fill our a form for Calphalon but theyask me for date of purchase, which i give them, then "date code" and i have no idea what that means.

Not induction compatible

The description for this item at the time of purchase stated this was an induction compatible pan. Although some if the items in the Calphalon Premiere line are induction compatible this is not. Most likely it's because it's the wrong shape. Hopefully Macy's will fix the description. Happy cooking!

NOT INDUCTION READY AS ADVERTISED

This griddle was advertised as induction ready. I ordered it online and don’t live near a Macys. Now I have to go through the return process. I’m so disappointed. I used my star rewards now they are gone. 😡
