    worst. pan. ever.

I've had this pan for a while now and use it as a complete last resort. Everything sticks and stains the pan. Very difficult to clean even with Bar Keepers Friend. So irritated by the number of meals ruined and food wasted that I felt compelled to review. Pass on this one.

    Warped

This pan, along with another one both warped after only a few months of use. I have followed the care/cleaning instructions. Now I have to send them back on my own dime and will be without 2 pans for several weeks at best. I will never buy Calphalon again!!!

    Not the Tri-Ply of old

Having enjoyed the former version of this model of pan for some 8 or ten years now, I bought another for my parents. I was sorely disappointed. The construction has been changed for the worse. The pan is much lighter, the rivets are smaller and the lip doesn't flare out nearly as much. I measured the thickness of the wall and it it a almost 15 % thinner (old is about 93 mils, new is about 80 mils)! The old pan I would give 4.5 stars, five if you consider the "low" price. The new pan, even given the "low" price, I can only give a 3 out of five. Similar situation for the 12-inch pan, which I also got for my parents, July 2018.

Very happy with my purchase of the 10” pan which supplements my 8” pan.

    Calphalon Pan

I really like this pan. It is a great size for sauces and fish. It is much easier to clean than a non stick pan and doesn't get scratch marks. Only thing is that when you cook eggs or fish you need to make sure the heat is low or it will stick to the pan.

    great for the price

Very nice full clad pan when you consider the price. A comparable All-Clad pan would be 5 times the price though certainly not 5 times the quality.
