The best pan for Biryani

I have this roaster for about two years now . I primarily use this for making Goat meat Biryani . Wonderful result each time & looks absolutely beautiful! Planning to buy another one . Love it ❤️

Great addition to my cookware

Lightweight and easy to handle. My Thanksgiving turkey was perfect and the lifters are an immense help. Glad I purchased it.

Easy to care for! Seems to speed up cook time.

I used this roaster for the first time with a prime rib roast. Had never made one before. I think the pan may have helped the roast to finish earlier than expected, which is a good thing, but I should have watched it more closely because it was well done instead of medium rare- that's on me. I expected difficulty cleaning the roaster. I used Bar Keepers Friend and it looks like new, with perhaps 5 minutes of care. Very pleased with this purchase!

Impressive!

After doing some extensive research I finally broke down and purchased this roaster. Thrilled with the results of my turkey and cleanup was a breeze. Looks as pretty as when I took it out of the box. If your on the fence about purchasing a new roaster, you needn't be. A definit winner.

Wish I'd Purchased Years Earlier

I'm so glad I purchased this roasting pan before Thanksgiving this year. We don't need a large turkey so this was a perfect size and cleaned up in a snap. It stores well in my cupboard where it will be handy throughout the year. We did not use the lifters----the bird came out easily by lifting the rack on to a cookie sheet and sliding it off.

Best Roasting Pan -- Functional & Beautiful!

Researched & found this to be well reviewed & recommended. First, ordered it on sale & because of whatever offer didn't pay for shipping. Second it arrived in just a few days. Third it is a beautiful piece of kitchen equipment. Fourth it is very well made -- only used once but it excellent pan. Looking forward to using this so many years to come.
