Something changed. I wear this all the time, I loved it. Now it smells like alchol and the scent doesn't last. Very disappointed as this is was my go to all the time

feels like eau de toilette(not a perfum)

I have been buying this perfum for 15 years(good quality) and it was made in France for all these years...But at the last 3 years I noticed that the it's not the same quality, it doesn't last long,I checked the bottle it says made in Spain. It supposed to be a french perfum or I'm wrong?
