"Chain" broke within 2 months.

Nice satchel with just the amount of room needed to carry essentials. Unfortunately, I only had it a little over two months and the "chain" (not really a chain, not made from metal or a hard material) unscrewed from the leather. There's no way to screw it back in so I'm assuming the "chain" was put on prior to sewing the liner. With the price tag on these purses/bags, they should be better quality!! I'm over my 30 day refund, so I'm unable to return or I would for a similar satchel without the "chain." I wouldn't recommend this one!!

Classy!

I'm not a purse person. That said, I love this purse. It's the perfect size. Not too big, not too small. The lines are clean with just the right amount of accents. I can shoulder it or carry it on my arm. It has the right amount of compartments and the right size of compartments for everything you need to carry.
