Very bulky.

Although I love the look of this cape, it is very bulky. The belt is not flattering even though I have a small waist. The cape looks much better without the belt, but that takes away from the attractive concept of the cape. Starting the belt in the back under the cape and bringing it through to the outside and then tying it, looks good.
