Being charged the same price as the one that I bought in the wrong size. I returned it and immediately ordered the right size. I had to pay full price for the right size!

Arm Cuff Tight

Came without the belt, arm cuff is too tight. Poor design because you can't unbutton the cuff or make it looser.
