Great bag, poor crossbody strap

First of all, love the bag, not too big nor too small. The crossbody strap is poorly designed. It is thin and feels too flimsy for this bag and it latches on the existing handle hooks below the top, so it lays diagonally across the bag opening. This arrangement makes it awkward to access the zippered opening. I’ve tried latching it different ways and it just doesn’t sit right...it should’ve had designated hooks on the ends of the bag to attach the strap so it can sit straight and high off the opening...gave it four stars instead of five for the strap...luckily, can wear the handles over the shoulder.

CUTE and FUNCTIONAL

Love this bag because it holds so much and it is so easy to find everything that you put in the bag. I got the flower printed and although it is a print it goes with so many things and looks cute.
