Wrong color

I ordered this online. The color “Birch” looks like a off-white in picture, but what I received is completely different. It is a dirty color that looks like picture in “chalk” online. I believe the picture is reversed in website. The “chalk” s/be “Birch”, “Birch” should be “chalk”. I’m disappointed.
