Worn Pair Received

I received a worn pair just like the other reviewers have stated. This is not the quality I expect from any store, especially Macy’s. Extremely disappointed, especially since I have to go out of my way just to return these. I guess that’s the irony for fast, easy, and convenient online shopping.

Used worn shoe delivered

Saw this at Herald Square Macys and wanted to buy it. It was on my mind for a while so decided to order online. Was very excited when it was delivered. Unfortunately, got a used pair with scratches on the sides and dirt stuck around the corners of the welt.

Received a WORN/USED pair

I will definitely be returning these shoes to Macys. Very nice shoes but the ones i received had definitely been worn n used. I see that store items are not inspected before being shipped to customer. Sadly these shoes arent avaiable at any of the stores in NyC. Sl the only option to receive them was by ordering them online.

Style and Fit

Great pair of shoes; very stylish and comfortable, not to mention versatile; I can wear these shoes for a night on the town as well as with my business attire and head to the office!

Really Nice!

Recieved as a gift this past christmas very pleased with them they feel comfortable and feel like they will last, so far ive had them 2 months and use pretty much all the time and still look new!!
