Logo peals after only 1 use

Really liked the look of these trunks, but after only one use + wash the "Calvin Klein" letters on the front began to peal off. And when I say peel off I mean they came out of the wash with many of them completely detached. I exchanged my order with Macy's (very easy) and the same thing happened on the second pair. Clearly there's some sort of manufacturing defect. Shame as I think the gradient looks really good.
