Macy's promised me and item that didn't arrive

So i purchased the suit jacket, and then the matching pants, and I received receipts for both of them. The jacket arrived to me by mail, but the pants never arrived. Then i received an email refunding my money for the pants because they were magically "unavailable." There's no use in having the jacket if i can't have the matching pants. So i sent the jacket back. Macy's should NOT have issued me a receipt for the pants if they didnt have any!!

Wrong color jacket was sent AGAIN

This is the third time we have tried to order this jacket. The wrong color is sent every time. Even after an hour on the phone with customer service. It makes no sense that two different color jackets have the same bar code. You guys really need to correct this. Will be returning.
