Missing purse

I've never received the purse. Lost somewhere. I notified Macy's and no response. Very disappointed. Now they say it's out of stock.

This bag is a bit bigger than appears online, which is a plus. Very satisfied as I've always like Calvin Klein's designs, clothing, shoes, handbags, etc. The color reminds me of the moon and the texture is nice too. Thanks!
