I intentionally bought this particular dress not in my size. I tried it on in my usual size 16 but I thought it made me look a little dowdy. I decided to try it in the largest petite size available (12P). I am 5'9" so certainly not petite, but I absolutely love the fit! Instead of ballooning out in my hips and a hemline below the knees, it fits me more like a bodycon dress, as it has some stretch, and is about 2 inches above the knee, which is how I prefer it. I liked the fit so much I bought it in both Malechite (Hunter) and Aubergine (Burgundy). It's a very versatile dress and could be used for social events or work
