Discrimination Against petite people

I really like the jacket, however, the petite sizes were full price. The regular size in the exact same jacket were 40% off! This is discriminate against petite people!

I ordered a 6P and an 8P. I'm usually a 6R. The 6P was exactly what i was looking for on top of a burgundy, knee length, straight cut dress.
