Not A Warm Winter Coat

This coated is rated to be comfortable down to -7 degrees. I am a big woman who is often too warm, but I found myself extremely uncomfortable (freezing) when the temperature was in the mid 30s. This is a fall/spring coat - not a good winter coat.
