Great shirt for a great price!

Shirts were fantastic! I got two as a backup for my high-end shirt I got for my wedding, but ended up using one of these as the primary. My only issue is that for something that's supposed to he wrinkle-free it came out of the package looking like the road map for Boston. I immediately got these dry cleaned and they were perfect.

Great management

I was very pleased with Maryam in the men's department. I came with my Grandson and had no ideal that we needed a neck, shirt coat or pants size. She measured him and helped him pick out two suit jackets, two shirts, and two pairs of pants. I woukd have been lost without her. I thank her for her kindness and Macy for having someone so knowledgeable there to help us out.

Terrible customer service

Macy's canceled my order/initiated a return before the package was even delivered. I ordered this tie and a shirt for my fiancé to wear at our wedding. I guess I'll have to find another store to shop at. There was no attempt to contact me, just an email saying my return was successful, which came as a complete surprise as I was eagerly awaiting the order.
