arrived with security tag on!

I bought the jacket and skirt for my daughter online, we didn’t realize until my daughter was getting ready to wear it that the security tags we’re on both the jacket and skirt! This is not the first time this has happened to us. we didn’t complain before but this now becoming a habit of Macy’s employees of not checking the security tags. I sent them an email all I get is an apology and go to you your purchase link. You can also go to any store to have it removed. If you check my purchase history Macy’s I do my shopping mostly online because I don’t like shopping in person. I like shopping at home at my convenience when I have the time to do it which is usually whenever I’m free and it maybe when the store is closed.
