Never came and fighting for refund

I ordered this dress and another for my mother to wear at my father’s funeral services. Ordered on a Sunday and paid for expedited shipping. Needed by Wednesday. Received an email Monday that I wouldn’t get until Friday. They sent it USPS for some reason. I went to the chat line where I was told I would get it Thursday. It’s now the following Tuesday and they still haven’t come. To make things worse I tried to get a refund and the chat line said they have to review my order to figure out where the package is and won’t have an answer regarding my refund for 2 weeks. I’ve been a long time Macy’s customer and I’ve never been so disappointed with their service.

My funeral dress

Just what I needed, long enough to cover large skin cancer scar on shin, I am 5'2".

Beautiful but will need to clean before wearing.

This is a beautiful dress that said don't buy unless you are prepared to pay to have it dry cleaned before you wear. I tried it on and loved the fit and drape of the skirt but after I tied the belt all ten finger were blue the same color of the dress. I had the dress cleaned because the tag inside the dress said to dry clean. The washing instruction online when I bought it said you could wash it but the tag said to dry clean. After cleaning I as able to wear the dress.
