Cute but sizing all wrong

These shoes are so small and tight. the sizing is cray. I ordered an 8 in women and it says 8 on the shoe and the box but my foot tells me its definitely a 7. so if you try these then size up a full size and maybe get them wide because they suffocate the top of your foot.
