the should straps don't move. doesn't dig, don't even know it's on the shoulders. yes, you have to adjust the pads in thebra when you put it on. but that's it. for the full day! nothing digs in anywhere! I now work from home, thank you Covid, and this is a game changer. keeps them in place. some support, but so comfy..

The only thing this is good for is sleeping. The pads move around, the bra rolls and moves if you are moving a lot. I can see this being a good selection if you are leaking when breast feeding, but for everyday work and use, dont bother.

After having to wear a compression bra 24/7 for a month after breast reduction surgery, this was a nice transition. It was good to sleep in and the band didn't dig in. Very soft with a little support

I have nerve damage in both my shoulders and unable to wear a conventional bra without painful consequences for days afterwards. These bralettes are wonderful alternative with no pain after wearing them, while still providing coverage. I only wish it came in more colors for the plus size collection than the standard black and nude; we like color too!!!! If you had more colors it would have been 5 stars.

Extremely comfortable. Not sure how I'll return to regular bras after this pandemic.
