Poorly made boots

I haven't had these boots a year and the sole of the left boot just ripped up while I was at work. Not worth the price I paid for them. I wish I could attach a picture. I am so embarrassed right now. I don't have an extra pair of shoes to put on.

Fashionable but Crappy

After wearing a couple of times the boots bust at the bottom litterally spitting the rubber in half. I hear there are other customers who experienced the same issue

Shoes are great but the experience was even better

The shoe is amazing. Super waterproof and very good quality. But what made my experience turn me into a returning customer was Dwayne from the Chicago Downtown location. I could not find the shoe in my size after looking through all of the aisles. In steps Dwayne and really saved my day because it was raining like a monsoon that day! THANK YOU DWAYNE. He really went above and beyond for me and deserves recognition. He understood the assignment all the way!
