Damaged Merchandise

This skirt waist band is twisted, sewn incorrectly, and cannot be worn. This skirt should not be in the last call inventory and definitely NOT sent to a valued customer. As it is last call, their policy in no return. However, there should be exceptions, as when they send you damaged merchandise. that is unwearable. I don't know how to upload photos, but can email if I have that information. Please send info so I can email photos.
