never received it

I don’t know why I kept making the same mistake, am not sure what’s going on with the packages but I keep getting stolen packages. Just be aware, Macy’s is not responsible for any stolen packages. I have proof on my ring camera that this was never delivered to my home as well as the picture they took it’s super blurry, doesn’t even look like my house at all and even though I have all this proof, they would not even send me a replacement which is so disappointing. If you are buying at Macy’s just be careful with the online, specially if you live in Denver, CO
