Classy Wrap for a Formal Dress

This velvet shrug is perfect! I'm attending a formal wedding in January and have a long sleeveless black velvet dress with some fall colors in the pattern. My arms aren't as buff as I'd like them to be, so this is a perfect solution. It looks very classy, and the price is right!
