To Good To Be True

I waited more than 3 weeks for this highly discounted headboard to be delivered and was notified 2 days before delivery (day before Thanksgiving) that it was “damaged”, and there were no other replacements. Poor service when I needed it most. I learned that it wasn’t coming from a message left on my phone telling me to call Macys, which I did, and was told, “Sorry about that ma’am.” No offer to make it right in any way.
