Never received

I ordered this product on 2/20 and today is 3/4 and no info yet regarding this item.

Product never shipped

More than a week after I placed the order, Macy's indicated a label had been created for the shipment, but the UPS tracking system indicated (and still indicates) that UPS never received the package. After a month, having never received the order, I cancelled it for a refund. Too bad for me, as I was looking forward to trying this product.
