Customer no-service

The shirt is great. Dealing with Macy's wasn't so great. After first order they said it was canceled for some reason because of payment. They said they would reorder. I never seen anything indicating the reorder. When I called them they didn't either but would try for a third time to get shirt. Before ordering they found it was out of stock. So no shirt. Then it came in today. The second reorder must have worked but no one including Macy's Customer service knew that. It sure doesn't inspire me to get online order from this company.
