Terrible customer service/lost item

I would give this a zero if I could as I haven’t received the item yet. Ordered 2 tables and only 1 has delivered. It’s been 10 days and this table still hasn’t delivered. I reached out to Macys customer service multiple times and all they do is give me the UPS tracker number, which shows UPS doesn’t have the item in their possession. Getting bounced between Macys and UPS and I still don’t have a table that my Macys card has been charged for.

Solid beautiful sofa table

Solid beautiful sofa table. Quality was as expected and stone top is beautiful. Would have scored it higher but metal components were dirty and required cleaning prior to assembly. Also needed to drill holes deeper for screws that were sent.
