GIFT NEVER DELIVERED!!!!

Never review the watch! Totally upset! I have called over and over and your customer service continue to read the same mess to me. UPS has told me there is an issue with shipment and advised me to place claim online. I will not! I ordered the watch from Macy's; not UPS! Watch has been stuck at Tampa UPS since 26 Dec 23 so my son never received his Xmas gift. Macy's stated I have to wait until 16 Jan 24 and call to reorder or get credit being that gift arrived at Tampa UPS on 26 Dec...WOW! Unsatifactory!
