Lumpy back pillows

The cuddlers and armless sofa are ok and looks good only the bottomCushions the back pillows are lumpy and it looks awful from the side I have a problem trying to make it look nice !!

Double Cuddler

We love this configuration in our media room! its so modern looking and comfortable. Tons of seating for my family. Really great looking Macys!

No section connection hardware

This selection of sofas looked sharp in the store, and we like the color of the fabric, so we bought it after the sales rep assured us that the sections could be connected together. Now, two months after we had been waiting for the section connection hardware to arrive, we were finally told that there are no connection hardware for these sofas. Imagine you lie in the sofa, or take a nap in it, and the sofas just come apart from underneath you... It greatly diminishes the enjoyment of our new sofa. We constantly have to push the sofa together since it slides apart so easily. It is a great disappointment.

Thank you for your review. We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this collection does not have connectors. If the pieces are placed on hardwood floors, we recommend using grippers, a product that’s available at any big box hardware store. They are anti-skid pads that can be applied to the leg glides. They prevent the pieces from moving on hardwood floors. Because of you, our customer experience has improved!
