“Exceptional Customer Service That Touched My Hea

I just want to thank the amazing team at Macy’s, especially one kind-hearted employee who truly made my day. It was my husband’s birthday, and I was on a tight budget but really wanted to surprise him in a special way. I found a beautiful perfume set that came with gift wrap, but I wasn’t sure how to put everything together. That’s when a wonderful team member stepped in like a hero! He patiently helped me pack the gifts with care and effort, going above and beyond to make sure everything looked perfect. His kindness and support turned my stressful day into a joyful one, and I’ll never forget that moment. Thank you to Macy’s and especially to the man who helped me so heartfully. The cologne is 🔥 🔥! The customer service was incredible, the ladies helped me out a lot. And they were very knowledgeable of every product, and they were all soooooo nice and sweet! I’ll be buying from Macy’s again😂 I had stopped for awhile 😂
