Cute suit
Super cute suit that can be worn all summer, not just on July 4. Definitely go up one or two sizes - I bought the 18-month size for my 11-month old who wears 9-12mo sizes, and it fits her perfectly.

Cute but runs small
This is a really cute suit and the snaps are very convenient but this runs really small. The 9 month didn't fit my very average sized almost 9 month old and the 12 month barely fits her. It says it's meant for 21-25 lbs and she weighs 19 and it just fits.
