Runs super short in lengt

Ordered my son several pairs of 5t Carters pants. These drawstring utility pants are AT LEAST 3” shorter in leg length than all of the others. They fit him like a baggy 3/4t. Carter’s, I'm not asking for the best quality pants I've ever laid eyes on, but surely you can make the length similar throughout one size. Now I have to drag my crew to the store to return.
