Not what is pictured

The bathing suit I received is different than what is pictured. It has mesh ruffles on the straps and no ruffle on the front at the neck. Slightly disappointed because I like the one pictured better. Other than that it fits fine on my super skinny 4 year old (I bought a 4t) but I would size up for an average sized child.
