Terrible Service !!!!!

When I went to pick it up at the store the girl brought it out with the bag ripped open and was told that it was given to another customer by mistake and they opened it. I was no even offered another bag to put it in. I probably should have just gave it to them to refund it but I did not have the time to do that. The sales person was very unproffesional an did not even offer to do anything or give me a bag. I will never buy by pickup if at all again!!!!!!!
